Refund Policy
No refunds. Denial Shield 26 is digital educational software. Access is delivered when the trial or checkout starts. Because of that product type, all sales are final. The 15-day trial is the inspection window. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. After the first paid charge, monthly plans can be canceled anytime to stop the next renewal. Time already paid is not refunded. Lifetime team licenses are one checkout. Unused seats stay in the pack. They are not refunded.
A chargeback or dispute is not a refund. Opening one after receiving digital access is a breach of these terms. This refund policy is court-binding with the Terms and Conditions on this page.
